Amazon India — did not pick up my returned product | |||||
Order#[protected] Product: flamingo lumbar sacro belt - xxl Sold by: guide online Total invoice amount: inr 532.00 First, the product was delivered late. It reached to me on 7th september instead of 4th september which was the original scheduled date. Second, the product quality is very poor so i have requested for return and refund. Third, the return request was done on 11th september and pick up was scheduled on 12th september, 2017 between 3 pm to 6 pm from my home address (In junagadh city. Pin code 362001) where the product was delivered.. The pick up was not done on 12th september so i call amazon customer service and they told me that pick up will be done by cob 13th september. Even today, the pick up is not done (13th september) and i called customer service again and they dont have anything to justify why the return is not picked up. So i called blue dart people for pick up & they told me that they got pick up request from amazon on 13th september only so they will not be able to pick up it on same day. Pick up will be done next day only Amazon is not able to justify why this return was not picked up in 2 days after request and why the request went late to blue dart? Finally i have to go to blue dart office to return the product. I want my refund without pick up or return Was this information helpful? | |||||
