Amazon India — did not receive refund against product return | |
Hello there, I purchased cn-knight tws i8x earbuds of inr 2599.00 on 26 august 2018 with order id # 405-[protected]. I retuned the product with tirupati courier service pvt. Ltd. With awb number[protected]. But i did not get refund yet. I contacted amazon customer care several times but nothing happened. I have attached courier slip and tracking details.
