Dear Sir, We have placed Online Order to Amazon India and My Order Details as per following. Order ID :[protected] Order Placed Date: 24 February 2018 Order TYPE : Cash On Delivery Product : Sandisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive 16gb Upto 100mbps and Strontium Nitro Plus OTG Pen Drive, USB3.0, 64GB (Total Two Product in One Order) My issue is we have received Different product from AMAZON Seller RAGHAVJI TOLARAM, BAVLA, GUJARAT. Different Product : Kingstone Data Traveller Pendrive 3.0 64 Gb Pendrive We have many times Emails to AMAZON Email ID and Helpline Number regarding refund or replacement of Difference Product but no response from last 28 days.
