[Resolved] Amazon India — empty box received for laptop purchase | |||
Order #[protected] My daughter jyoti bansal working as deputy branch manager in bank (Shipping address). On dated 21/02/2019 when she received delivery in bank and opened the box in front of her staff, she found multiple boxes within main box but laptop was missing. Myself (Dharm brat bansal) working as manager in ntpc. I have purchased this laptop for official purpose. After official declaration laptop will be ntpc asset. Ihave requested to amazon if you have any doubt from my side please follow following steps. 1:please send investigation team in bank (Shipping address) and take a statement from bank staff (Witness) also because box was opened in front of staff. I have also suggested yesterday. 2:first amazon should conform from our side. If they are satisfied then they should refund the amount or delivered same product. 3:for amazon system loopholes customer should not be suffered. 4:i hope, in last they will not tell that it is customer responsibilities. Just for your information : 1i have launch complaint in your customer care (They are very good person) and in consumer forum (Gravance no:1171057 https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/manage-complaints.php) 2 spreading awareness in social media so consumed can be protected. 3they blocked my number so now we can not communicate Was this information helpful? | |||
