Amazon India — Extacy by red chie[censored]sed shoes delivered , and denied to pick

I ordered a pair of shoes of extacy by red chief on Amazon india, they delivered used article . I ordered for replacement with proper remark. Their delivery agent came but denied to replace. I connected to Amazon customer service so many time in a month but they didn’t pick this article . Their pick up agent came but all time denied to pick up used article . I’m harassed by Amazon since one month .They have My money so I cannot purchase new shoes . Photoes of Their schedule pick up is attached
It’s my humble request to please take appropriate action against Amazon India.
