Amazon India — False Customer Service Protocols | |||
Hi, I deleted my account from Amazon as I no longer wish to receive any emails from them I had clearly mentioned. I had a bad experience with them as in during a Cash on Delivery order the delivery person cancelled the order without my consent and Amazon in an email informs me I did it though it would be an automated mail. Apart from addressing the issue the customer support had nothing but to say sorry so I decided to cancel my prime membership and rest of the orders. I no longer wish to be associated with Amazon India but still receive random emails. Even though I left my newly subscribed prime account and when cancelling the account these guys 'didnt even try to stop me' I know this sounds cheesy I didnt expect it but the account closing team failed to question why I wanted to close my account. I am happy anyways without having to deal with Amazon in any platforms and with several other vendors out there I dont recommend any1 of my friends or colleagues to order from Amazon. I just dont want to receive nonsencial mails from Amazon in the near future. Was this information helpful? | |||
