Amazon India — faulty delivery | |||
On 19/03/2018 i received a phone call from your delivery person that there was a packet for me and that i should go to a specified spot to meet him and take delivery of it. I went there and waited for over 30 minutes without a sign of him. I called him twice and he assured me that he would be with me in 5 minutes. This 5 minutes turned to over 30 minutes. (Maybe your delivery people are not too familiar with numbers!). And just when i was giving up hope and returning to my office the rambo turned up. When i pulled him up for keeping me waiting he turned very aggressive and rude. So i told him that he could take the item back since it was a cod transaction.
