I had ordered a water heater on amazon & got it delivered on 22nd of April, since I did not get any electrician to install this, I had to wait till the 3rd of may to get this installed, but when the technician came to install it he checked for the heater and told that the heater is not taking in any electricity and its a defective product.
I had contact amazon & they stated that they will not be able to refund/replace the product since I did not adhere to their 10 day return policy, & told me to contact Compton service care, which is not even responding to my service request.
Since i have got the product from amazon i am raising a complaint against them.

I have attached the product also which is really bad and the screenshot of there information also, let me know should i take guys to the court to settle this issue & even put a customer cheating case on this.
