Amazon India — fraud company delivering fake products and eating financial interest of the prepaid money | |||
I ordered my hikvison camera 2 mp kit on 30 aug 2018. Order #[protected] and it was delivered wrongly i. E the entire product was not the one which i ordered. On several calls and conversation with amazon i placed a replacement order (Order #[protected] and the same was to be delivered to me on 10th sept 2019. The delivery boy came to my residence and checked the repacement item and verified it to be correct. The whole incidence being recorder in my home cctv cameras. But after all verification, the delivery boy called his senior official and they cancelled the replacement order. On varous calls from my said to amazon, they are not ready to help me. They just said that they will initiate the refund of the item once it is picked up. I have already made the whole payment and they deliverered the wrong product to me. And now refunding the payment without interest. It has already been 12 days since my order placement and payment but because of their faulty systems and manpowerr amazon is making fool of customers by making the wrong delivery and then denying to replace. Either they should tell the fault if the consumer. I was eagerly waiting for the cameras that i placed order for since 10 days. After 10 days too i just got my order cancelled from amazon. This is ridiculous and gameplay with consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
