Amazon India — have not got refund after returning the product

We have not got our money back after returning the product. The cheque was issued but was not containing proper details so we requested for another cheque. The former cheque payment has been stopped. So we need our money back. Try to help us out by contacting this number [protected]. We have placed our problem long ago but it has not yet been solved and let us know about our payment.
