[Resolved] Amazon India — haven't received refund for 2 products. | |||
My name is (Gurpreet singh) and i had ordered (Logitech 502 hero gaming mouse (Black) and redgear mp35 control-type gaming mousepad (Black/red) of rs 3895 and rs 328. On amazon at (23 december 2019) and after (4 january 2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (7 january 2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number [protected] and[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
