Amazon India — Headphone Problem

I am Dipu Basfor, I bought Micromax Yu yureka from amazon.on the date of[protected].I am facing problem regarding headphone.When I listen music or video through headphone its sound automatically slow down and I have to raise it but it again slows down to zero volume and again I have to raise it. This problem continously happens please replace my headphone with new and good one as soon as possible. My Mobile no. is [protected].
