I had order subject toy in amazon with delivery charges for delivery in the morning by 1100 hrs, in the morning the amazon delivery boy called up in and told the shipping will be late as they have received it late and he will deliver it by 1230. At 1230 the status they updated is they could not contact me and they would deliver the toy and it will be delivered by tomorrow My kid is eagerly waiting for the toy. I am disappointed at the way amazon has caused mental agony to me and my 7 years old daughter. I want package deliver today as promised. I have debited rupees 573 suddenly and i was not credited the amount and no refund information from Amazon
