I bought HP hs04 battery on Amazon for the laptop on 17/07/2021, which stopped working and it's been less than a year. So to claim warranty, I reached HP store where they are denying warranty stating that the serial number on the battery is not mentioned on the amazon invoice and pslip. So, i reached Amazon customer service, they are asking for the service denial slip provided by hp store to further proceed. But the hp Store is not providing any slip for the same saying in order to provide service denial, bill has to be uploaded with serial number which is not mentioned. Now I am unable to do anything to claim the warranty. Please help me with this ASAP, as the warranty period is only a month ahead.
