Amazon India — huge service failure - by amazon on refund

I had placed an order around a month back for fitness equipment through amazon.

Upon noticing that i have entered the wrong address i contacted the seller over email, amazon over call and the shipment company to try and change it to the new one. I was told that is not possible and to cancel the order and place a new order.

I did exactly that and the screen showed that my refund is approved, over the next few days, the order was attempted to be delivered at the wrong address, twice been after me canceling it.

Then i connected to your chat and call team which then told me that there is a technical issue and my refund will hit my account on the 24th of september, it didn't happen so i called again, i was told it will happen on 26 and that dint happen either and then the 28th and that also dint happen,

By then i had a lost all cool that i could keep as a customer and also let me point out - in the interim of this struggle that i made, no one contacted me, the seller never responded and amazon shredded duty by saying its a seller fulfilled order - to which i yet don't know what is my fault.

I then proceeded to try again, because it's my money, and there was an atoz claim filled to which - i get a hilarious email asking me to return the product to the merchant, which only shows that all the previous information was a lie and that the seller claims he delivered the product - & i did reply to that email very gently and i got no resolution -

Which then bring me to the epitome of frustration and i spoke to a advisor who says my atoz claim was canceled which should not have happened - that's what he said - and then gave me this email id to which for the last 2 days i thought not to mail - but then i decided to make an effort and get my money back

So to whomsoever this may concern - kindly put an end to my frustration and either refund the money to my account - or tell me that it won't happen and to stop trying - i rather lose my money now then my patience over a mistake i did not make.

I have been promised over 14 times on different calls that my resolution will be resolved.
My call was disconnected today as i was adamant on my refund

Amazon told me to wait till the 25th and I did - however its been 4 days past the date of commitment and no one has had the
professionalism to contact me let alone be the curtesy of keeping up to a commitment which was set from you end.

Honestly, I have tired of all of this and have decided to consider the money you owe me as money lost -
I now consider it a charity.
This will be the last time I email you - Shopping from you is a question best left unasked and unanswered.

Very shameful on your part (the lot of you)
Each associate who I have spoken to over endless calls, Chats and now emails.
