Amazon India — I am complaining about an order that I didn't received | |||||
On 23rd of october I ordered a Nikon D3400 DSLR from Amazon Prime sale . It was sold by mamidi narayan murthy. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st of october . I was tracking the order on hunty.in . It showed that the order had reached Delhi on 30th of october and was out for delivery on the same day but the order wasn't delivered . On 31st the tracker ID was showing the same message of out for delivery bit not delivered on that day too . Then for 3 days the website showed no updates . The order was supposed to be delivered till 2nd of November so I tried to contact the seller through emails . I also contacted customer care service of Amazon, they said that the seller would contact me in 24hrs but there was no sign of him . On 3rd of November the site was updated and it said the order is out for delivery again . But it didn't reach me . On 5th of November the seller initiated a return of the money, till then I kept writing mails to him but there was still no sign of him . So I contacted Amazon on 5th of November, they further contacted to seller and I got to know that my package was lost and they didn't inform me about that . I asked Amazon to convey the seller that I don't want refund, I want want my package since I waited 2 weeks and wasted my time on tracking it and on customer service . They told me that the seller will contact me in 24 hours but there is no sign of him till now . Then I get a mail from Amazon that the reason for refund is customer return, I mean how can you blame a customer for this even when he didn't ask for refund . There is still no sign of seller, and the tracking service's website is not working . They just used my money for festive season and then they return it, this is the service we get through Amazon . I made the payment through credit card so the money will be reflected on credit, that means I have to use that money on credit, otherwise it's blocked . I am very disappointed by Amazon's service and hence I am going to file a case in consumer court against Amazon. Every day I wasted at least an hour I making calls, writing mails and they blamed me for return .Amazon service has no solution for a replacement of my product so I don't have any option left but to file a case against them Was this information helpful? | |||||
