[Resolved] Amazon India — I am complaining about my refund issue | |||
I had ordered one gold bracelet. I got the better price in some other site so i returned the product and i have the photocopy of the returned receipt. The seller was joyalukkas. I received a reply from seller saying that i have not returned the product. Then i called amazon customer care. They asked me to file a case in a-z buyer guarantee case. I filed it. They had assured me it will be resolved in max of 2 weeks. Now it's more than 2 weeks and they are not taking any action against my refund. Jan 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company told me to raise a-z claim for this issue and I have raised the complaint under that and after that they told me to wait for 2 weeks. It's been more than 3 weeks and still I have not received any update. They are just sending the mail saying that it's under investigation. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
