I ordered a pack of Cadbury Celebrations Rich Dry Fruit Chocolate Gift Box, 177 g. I ordered it from Amazon India. It reached my sister (if was a Diwali gift) in a week. But the package was damaged. there was precipitation inside the package and it was not edible. Amazon didn't allow me to write a bad review. I couldn't actually believe that they did that. They didn't even allow me to return the box. essentially, I had to waste my 500 rupees. Was this information helpful? | |

We find that we are unable to redress the complaint since the complaint does not contain any order ID, registered email address or registered mobile number. You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of the amazon.in account. We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from you with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website.
