Verified Support Jan 18, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6503We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Ganesh Komal ("Complainant") and find that the Complainant ordered for IFB 5.5 kg Dryer (Turbo Dry EX, Silver) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Seller') on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website"). It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for accepting return, for refund on the Product. The Complainant may contact the manufacture or the Seller directly for in/out of warranty services on the Product. It is further stated that Amazon does not provide any after sales services, warranty, guarantee in relation to any product listed on the Website. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |||
