Amazon India — Incomplete REFUNDs and Death Threat from Scammer.

Amazon has recently blocked my number from contacting customer care and sent me spam repeatedly to nag me from exposing their shady behavior online where they protect scammers and let them keep harassing my family with vulgar messages . Along with that they keep telling me to wait for 2 days every time i call them and its past more than a week for which they are trying to evade the refund time line by acting deaf, dumb and ignoring me .
They owe me a refund of Rs 13, 500/- which they keep saying will be wired back to my bank account but have not done, Not only have they lied to me through their teeth, but let a Seller from Tamil Nadu sell me Trash that stinks like a public urinal that when I tried to return the seller reverted back with disgusting emails and amazon had all my reviews taken down to protect this seller and let them continue scamming other customers .
I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND THIS SELLER BANNED FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND BREACH OF COMPANY POLICY FOR CRIMINALLY ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR AND BUSINESS PRACTICE .

PROOF of the ILLEGAL practice Scammer has done on amazon while the company protects them from any legal Consequences considering the fact that by allowing this and making excuses plus telling lies to me as the customer they have violated every single policy of their own firm and think by delaying it for more than a month they can have this swept under the rug .

The Company staff has also Lied about not having a compensation policy, when on 3 separate occasion their products led to harm to me, a family member and children .

A INCIDENT IN WHICH THEY ONLY COMPENSATED ME FOR Rs2000 in my amazon pay balance when the Product failed to function during winter that led to my mother's life being put at risk of dying from the sudden drop in temperatures .
PROVING THE POINT THAT THE COMPENSATION POLICY DOES EXIST AND ON 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AMAZON CHOSE TO LIE ABOUT IT AND SAY IT DOES NOT BUT ALSO SPITEFULLY TELL THE CUSTOMER quote "If you ask for anything above 2000, Then we may think you are trying to lie to us to get 'Customer Benefit' ' Which makes no sense considering the fact that I as a Customer have been given the shorter end of the 'Benefit stick' which only gives me proof and not satisfaction for the solution the company takes to protect and compensate it's customers .

Literally sliced my lips open and nothing was done except blank apologies ... Jesus i cant forget the feeling when they dirty metal cut right into me when i tried to play it or the fact that the seller was still allowed to sell it on amazon DESPITE the potential danger it was to musicians .
NO COMPENSATION WAS DONE and This was what the amazon Customer care employee said " Your lips will heal up, We cant compensate you because that option does not exist, We can only give you refund"

Blantant lies and dead blank apologies from what sounds like Soulless corporate animals with no empathy for human beings .

The fact that this company would do such horrible things and let horrible things happen to its customers is a reason in itself why it should Either consider getting completely new staff that are responsible and willing to do their job and help out customers who have been tormented for years and still remain loyal to the shopping platform because there is no other way to purchase objects needed for their day-to-day life at a affordable rate or services . The Higher management must not only answer for their transgressions, but pay for what they did and putting loyal customers at risk on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS .

So an update, Customer Care contacted me yesterday and stated that 'Amazon India DOES NOT COMPENSATE ANYONE regardless of injuries or any damage caused by products', "They will report and have their special 10 teams handle every single problem I bring up and have changes made" (His words not mine)
But then he gets frustrated over the phone saying 'We may have compensated you once, but it will never happen again and because the company 'Does not have the option to compensate customers' They are VERY Sorry and will refund your money, of course after a 10 business day waiting period, and will try to talk you down into waiting for 2 days which gets stretched into a week or a month but (Again his words) "YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, We cannot reply to you instantly !" Yep a week or even 2 days every day is not enough to just pick up a phone and tell a customer " You have a problem ? Alright we will work on making things right and not ignore you or make up excuses to delay the resolution and action to deal with the problem .

But lets not forget the Legal System Intimidation ... "We can get the legal parties involved and then they will start asking you questions." I mean, they could and that would only lead to more questions like 'Why is Amazon India nurturing such shady behavior ?' or ignoring customers ? or Trying to talk them down from asking for compensations for mistakes the SCAMMERS posing as sellers and the company staff have made ? or the blatant lies ?

And will the call drag on for a long time ? YES ! yes it will because if you do not know your rights or read up on ALL the polices or amazon and the government approved polices of Buyers and Sellers, that protect you against any loopholes or legal action exploited for financial gain, You as a Customer to this multi-million corporation will just remain as another victim to its less than legal business practices and vague polices, If not Ignorance and intimidation by individuals who sell junk or pretend to work, giving hard working good sellers and employees a bad name .
