Amazon India — Issue regarding Amazon order number #[protected]

I've placed an order for
Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G Hyperphone(Meteorite Black, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage)|SD 888|120W HyperCharge|6 Months Free Screen Replacement for Prime|Additional Exchange Offer| Get 3 Months of YouTube Premium Free!
on[protected] Amazon order number #[protected] however didn't receive any update yet. I'm tired of calling customer service in order to find the reason behind that. Two tickets were raised already but no resolution was found. Order status is showing as "Delayed, not yet shipped". I've waited for 13 days now and the call team supervisor told me to mail amazon now. I want my refund back ASAP, this is insane.
