Amazon India — jio rs.109 recharge failed but amount deducted from bank | |||
Did a rs.109 mobile recharge for my jio number on 6th december 2019 (12:34 pm) from www.amazon.in. recharge is not successful but amazon deducted rs.109 from my sbi bank account. Did too many calls, no response from customer care. Kindly find the below transaction details. And attached screen shot. Sbi bank transaction details (Ref/cheque no.) : 2vgskciuaixkr1ndvfigahpjvda6 Amazon transaction details : order #[protected] Amazon accoount number : [protected] Dear amazon india team please shutdown your services in india if your unable to provide proper services, your not even responding to our complaints.
