Amazon India — junk delivered instead of tablet and no refund | |||
We had ordered a lenovo tablet 4 10 on april 14, 2019 on amazon india business. The registered email id with amazon india business is himanshu. [protected]@jiffy. Fitness. The order no is[protected] and delivery was made on april 18, 2019. The amount rs. 14985/- was paid online through netbanking. Instead of the tablet, the delivery package contained an old sony dvd rom of some junk computer. We raised the complaint on april 18, 2019 night itself, shared the pics of the faulty item while on the call itself and we were told an internal investigation will be done and we will be updated within 5 business days. We dropped an email on 27-28 april again as they had gone quiet on the status and then they sent an email on april 29 saying they wont refund the money. When we called the customer care, they didn't listen to us but kept repeating that they are sorry and they wont be able to refund money. This is highly unacceptable as we are not talking about rs 500 item. Rs. 14985/- is a lot of money and we want a refund as our ordered product was not delivered to us. We also want a compensation for the harassment that they have caused us. Was this information helpful? | |||
