Amazon India — kobo ac-9 steel abdominal exerciser | |||
I purchased the the gym equipment on 04.07.2018 at rs 3399.00/- and received the item on 11.07.2018. I found the seat of the equipment to be defective and requested return on 14.07.2018. Till date amazon has not picked up the return request or refunded my money which is against amazon policy. The customer service is not also sorting out the matter.
