Fraud has been done with me from Amazon and Courier partners, Without notifying me the product has been returned to the seller. 1. Order placed on 6th Oct 2021 2. 1st delivery attempt was postponed due to the item was not ready for pickup on 9th Oct 2021 3. 2nd delivery attempt call was made on 10th Oct 2021, As I was out of town I made a request to them to come after 05:00 PM, Delivery agent said yes it is okay and will get back to you. 4. I called the customer care executive on 10th Oct 2021 as I had seen the message that Parcel was held by courier service as the delivery address was incomplete though all my previous orders were delivered to the same address. 5. Mr. Sanatan S & Ms. Paru from senior management and the highest level of escalation as they mentioned but they do not have authority mentioned by them. 6. Delivery agent mistake is clearly visible and Amazon is trying to avoid this in all manner. 7. Why should consumers have to talk with customer care for like 2 hours they do not have the dignity to notify me or what? 8. Resolve this problem as soon as possible on an immediate basis otherwise the only option left will be to file a consumer court complaint. He mentioned delivery address was incomplete although all my previous purchases were sent to this address without a miss. I have called the support number for like 3 and half hours for 3 days over and over again hours. The very poor team leaders must say they are not resolving the queries of consumers at all.
