[Resolved] Amazon India — missing mobile phone inside the packaging order #[protected] | |||||
I would like to complaint on amazom.in as they are fraud the do not not give product inside the packaging and simply told us that product was inside the packaging so we can't help for the same. I have placed and order for Samsung galaxy C7 pro at the time of delivery i received the parcel and gave cash to courier boy after half n hour i unpackes the packaging and i saw that there is nothing expect card board box. and bill of mobile phone. During delivery packaging well and good in condition. and that was had earned money after working 1 month and i got the salary and i placed an order and they simply denied to help me in this. That was my first order with amazon. Pathetic Experience i ever had in my life. They simply denied to help. as well as they denied to take my review on there portal. I want my my mobile phone anyhow.
