Hi team, I am Aakash and I purchased one plus 6T from Amazon on 30th May and due to overheating and hanging problem I don’t like the product. As per their policies there is a 10 days replacement offer was there and I called up after 4-5 days and requested to return the product and they refused to do so. I requested that the product is still packed in same box and their technical team can visit and check the product and after that initiate the refund. I really don’t like this product and wanted to go for refund now on urgent basis as they are not responding. The amount is INR 33k which means to me, so please interfere and help me to get the refund. I had a pvc fitness item purchase from Amazon online on May 23rd.Cash was paid by my debit card, and later I had a mail from amazon.so that the item you purchased was not available and the cash was refund you soon.Till now i didn't get any cash.
