Amazon India — money deducted instantly... but not refunded or order confirmation | |||
Yesterday... I place a order on amazon app and hdfc card gives 10 percent discont and for which moneh deducted... But in my amazon order section showing payment failed and when i speak to amazon care they repeatedly saying wait 24 hrs... Also 24 hrs hrs lapsed and they have no knowledge about their payment status and say pay again for full amount without getting discount... They are not providing me order confirmation and comfortably sitting by holding my money... Their care service is ever worst... They have nothing care about customer and playing game by joining hands with hdfc and gives # excuses to customer... So, i want that they instantly confirm my order with hdfc discount or gi've me compensation for that... Was this information helpful? | |||
