[Resolved] Amazon India — money not refund by amazon | |||
I purchase product from amazon. on 31 dec 18. i pay through card and amount is deduct from my bank account but payment get failed. then i pay cash and i request to amazon customer care but still its my money not refund by amazon. Please refund my money which is 289 rs... As soon as possible... I reported to team amazon but they did not do anything till now... I am very disappointed to this rubbish services... Feb 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i send email to amazon ([email protected]) and add compliant on this portal. Its take almost 1.5 month to refund the money to my bank account. and also i add my bank details on their portal for refund and also don't know which one is work to refund money portal complaints or emails Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
