[Resolved]  Amazon India — money not refund by amazon

I purchase product from amazon. on 31 dec 18. i pay through card and amount is deduct from my bank account but payment get failed. then i pay cash and i request to amazon customer care but still its my money not refund by amazon.
Please refund my money which is 289 rs... As soon as possible... I reported to team amazon but they did not do anything till now... I am very disappointed to this rubbish services... Do something ☹️

i send email to amazon ([email protected]) and add compliant on this portal. Its take almost 1.5 month to refund the money to my bank account. and also i add my bank details on their portal for refund and also don't know which one is work to refund money portal complaints or emails
