Amazon India — my issue against a seller on amazon platform. | |||
The purchase have been done on 4 of october 2019, got delivered on 9 - october - 2019. The seller was active trade international in amazon platform the contact details of the seller - email id - [protected]@activetrade.in, and the mobile number to contact the seller is +91 [protected], this was provided in a card which was inside the product box itself. Amazon told me that they won't able to help me on this particular issue faced by me on this seller as they told me from seller side, the seller should issue a confirmation letter that showing seller is not ready to take any responsibility against the issue i'm facing. As amazon telling like this, so what i will do now? As if i check the seller, the seller denies to take the responsibility of paying me the amount which will cost me in i-care center. Because this is only because of the hiper-drive got connected with my brand new macbook pro 15 inch and till today, from the time of purchase i connected the hiper drive to my mac and my mac got damaged by giving high heat and not turning back on. After contacted by the hiper drive seller from another number +91 [protected] and threatened and warned me from purchasing hiper - drive products any longer, and they will never bear the cost for service given by i care of apple company.
