Amazon India — my refund not let received | |||||
Hello i place a order for women's kurta which cost around 7995rs and i recived a duplicate products which was not a new products and was not matching the picture in the website so i return the product but amazon ppl telling is that i havvnt send the same product so there what to do still my refund not let initiated And i recived a mail as below Hello, Thanks for writing to us. We cannot issue a refund for item, biba women's anarkali salwar suit (Skd5150_red_36) from your order #[protected] until we receive the correct item. We are happy to accept the return of the correct item at your earliest convenience. We will likely not respond to further emails about this issue. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 12, 2018 Annemazzucchibonn's response These amounts appeared on my bill for January 30 and February 28. Please block this from happening in the future. I have not spent anything or purchased anything since Christmas and have cancelled my Amazon Prime Account. | |||||

I have been billed for two months on my credit card for Amazon Digital Svcs. I have not purchased anything. Although the amount is not much, $3.99, I don't know why this is appearing on my Visa bill. Please remove charges.
