Amazon India — my refund not let received

Hello i place a order for women's kurta which cost around 7995rs and i recived a duplicate products which was not a new products and was not matching the picture in the website so i return the product but amazon ppl telling is that i havvnt send the same product so there what to do still my refund not let initiated
And i recived a mail as below
