Amazon India — my refund of iphone 8 plus | |||||
I ordered a iphone 8 plus from amazon and i got the product delivered without the charger and the power cable and also the phone was dead on arrival. I called amazon immediately and told them about the missing accessories and dead phone they told me that full refund can only be done because they had no replacement with them after that they informed me that there is no pickup services available in your location so i gave them my relative addresses for the pickup. The next day ths pickup executive came and rejected the pickup saying that they are not allowed to pick the product with missing accessories and then again i contacted amazon for it they told me that they are creating a new pickup for me and they have forwarded the details about the missing charger and phone dead. The executive came again for the pickup he again rejected the pickup that they have to check the imei no of the phone but he was unable to check because the phone was dead. There were multiple pickup created but no proper details were provided to the pickup executive. I changed my address to the original addres and asked them to create a return from any courier. They created a return saying that the refund will be processed within 48 hours after the product is delivered to us. I agreed to their decision and sent the product through bluedart on 7 april 2018 and the product was successfully delivered to their biwandi warehouse on 10th april. The package was sent in a secure package of bluedart with all the return process images which i have sent them including the courier receipt of the return. On 10th i called them to confirm the delivery of the product they told me that it will take 48 hours for the refund to be automatically initiated if its not done within that time they will manually process the refund. I waited for again 48 hours and called them directly on 13th april they told me to wait again for 48 hours for the refund. I again waited for the refund till 15th. On 15th when i called them they are telling that they have escalated the issue and told me to wait till 18th april. I waited till 18th and on 18th they are saying me that they have not received the product only. Its not possible only. The item was delivered to them on 10th and on 18th they are telling mw that they have not recieved the product. Amazon is fooling me from last 3 weeks and giving me fake promise every time of refund. I also gave them return process images. I have all the evidence that the package is successfully delivered and delivered to the correct address provided to me. The courier bluedart also provided the name of the person who recieved the product "pritam" and they also confirmed the reciipt of delivery.
