I am writing this email to bring it to your notice that my Order of Lifelong LLGS10 Glass Top, 2 Burner Manual, Glass Gas Stove, Black, Ordered on[protected], Order ID[protected], Order Total - Rs. 1, 399.00. Return for the same was placed on[protected], which was picked up by the delivery agent on[protected]. I was further informed about the expected date to wait for[protected] for my refund but till date, there is no more update on the order. At present the order says It has been lost in transit.
The return order was placed on[protected] and was picked up by the amazon delivery guy on[protected] and since then I have been tracking the return status waiting for my refund, I have waited till the said expected date by amazon that was[protected] and since then till now the reasonable time for amazon to relocate the return and do the needful. but today on[protected], more than 30 days of the return order has been passed and there is no update on the return, the status says return has been lost in transit.
Kindly find the attached screenshots regarding the Order Details, Return Details, Return Status, Tracking Return, and Refund Summary.
Kindly do the needful.
