Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered an inverter from the Amazon website with one-day delivery on 13th July 2022 but the seller failed to deliver the product even after three days then I canceled the order due to some urgency and requested a refund on 16th of July 2022.
Irrespective of multiple remainders to Amazon which were on 21st, 27th July, and 1st of August, they have not refunded my amount yet. I ordered the product using my credit card and now I have to pay the credit card bill which is 24000/-.
When I contacted them they always committed and sent a mail stating that the amount will be credited in 3 business days but all are fake commitments from Amazon without taking any action. Today is 3rd August and still, they updated in the portal as the product is returning to the seller. The same update from Amazon even after 18 days of cancellation.
I request you to take strict action on Amazon and help me with this, please.
