Amazon India — no sl no mention on invoice warranty mismatch | |
Lenovo 310-20iap 19.5-inch all-in-one desktop (Celeron j3355/4gb/1tb/dos/integrated graphics), black I'm writing this after using 5 month of the product but the problem is my order place on date 16/07/2018 & as per warranty status shows start date 01/06/2018 of this product. Why it is happening only amazone knows. The main things is there is no sl no mention on invoice. I'm continuing rises issue about that from august 2018 but no one can solved it (Amazon customer service) till today. I need sl no print on invoice Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered Bluetooth earphone that had a warranty of 6 months. It worked for just 2 months I asked Amazon to get it replaced but they said it is seller's deal so it has not yet been replaced.
