Amazon India — non delivery of my mobile phone : ord:[protected] | |||
I ordered online on 18-10-17 redmi note 4 64 gb phone and a separate order for its accessories, i got accessories delivery today on 23-10-17. However i was shocked to receive sms from amazon saying order is refused to be accepted. I called delivery agent (No was given by amazon) [protected] / [protected]. Yr agent said he is in thane and not in navi mumbai and hence he has reused to deliver and returned the order. Agent should have called me before doing such nonsense, he is not ready to resolve delivery issue. I am eager to receive my delivery. Pls resolve and take prompt actions to have proper delivery at my stated address. As i have to purchase a mobile, i have my account blocked.I need to have my account, otherwise i will order in some websites..take an immediate action..!!
