Amazon India — non delivery of order no order#[protected]

I have received a message today that your package (Organic lrm pure organic ginger powder) was refused at the time of delivery but the fact is that i have not received any call from your amazon agent no[protected] and my package has been returned. Kindly look into this matter. I have already placed six orders of various items includig this of different value of price.
