We had ordered one Laserjet Printer worth of Rs. 34, 444/- via order #[protected] from Amazon on November 15 2022 using our login ID accounts.[protected]@lascenteur.com. After 8 days of the order Amazon cancelled the order from their side and emailed us saying amount has been credited back to our account. We checked for 7 days and no amount had been credited to our account in Canara Bank which was initially used to make the payment to Amazon during the order. We called atleast 10-15 times so far and Amazon still not able to trace the problem and credit our amount back to us.
Initially they told us that the amount has been credited to our account on November 23 and provided us the transaction no. The transaction no. when we checked was same which was provided to us by the bank when we had made the payment to Amazon on 15 November during the order. Also our Bank has clearly mentioned that no credit has happened from Amazon to our account. When we forwarded the mail to Amazon, now they tell there is some internal issue and will credit the amount soon. The same thing they repeat each time when we call now and no action has been taken from Amazon side. We can provide any proofs to you in case you require them to solve the said problem. We have attached our bank email for your kind perusal.
We humbly request you to please consider our problem and help us in getting our money Rs, 34, 444/- back from Amazon.
