Amazon India — not delivering product and not providing proper update | |||
I had ordered one Plus 7 phone on 11th June which was due for delivery in 24 hrs. The delivery guy calls me asks me the address and says that he doesn't know the route so will be sending someone else and put my order for mis delivery. And now it's 72 hrs since I've placed my order but I haven't yet received it and when I call at the customer service for an update they just keep saying it will get delivered today. Need to Report a violation against Amazon India
1) Cases are missing from case log
2) Associates are closing case with without any proper resolution.
3) Getting same reply after 3 months but there is no progress
No proper assistance, and escalation.
