This is to bring in your knowledge that company(Amazon) not giving me a support.
As I was ordering the mobile phone(Oneplus Nord CE 2 LITE) on 8th September and due to some techical issue I want to return it, one of your pickup boy has came on 24 September and I was not at that address so I told him to came later he said okay after that your service provider (Rabish Mishra) Ph no.- [protected] said that this pickup has been done on urgent basis and he also merge his call with one of company agent and he said the same thing after that he came to my door at around 8-8.30 pm and pick the phone and go away at that he didn't update the status of pickup.
He said to me that it'll be updated by tomorrow. And when the status was updated uptill 25th afternoon then my Freind called customer service then customer care executive (Swati) confirms him that the pick up has been done and is visible to her and also said that your refund will be issued in a day or two. And when after 2 days we didn't receive any refund or any updation in status then we again call the customer care executive for many time then they keep on saying that they'll check but there was not any support.
And after 15 days they told us that they didn't recieve the phone.
And switch off the option to call back they didn't provide any type of support
Please help me out it's amounted my full salary.
Please help me out.
