Amazon India — not giving option to return faulty product | |||
Hi I have purchased webcam from amazon and received the package yesterday. And they webcams are not working. When i try returning the product it says not eligible for return. I called customer service and told them the products which i received yesterday from amazon are faulty. Then they were saying to send the products to vendor by some private courier. Then they will look into it. I don't understand why i should courier to vendor if i have received faulty products from amazon. Please help me resolve my problem. . Was this information helpful? | |||
