I had ordered a pair of Ray ban glasses for Rs 340000, ORDER #[protected] which I wanted to return for 15 days but was not able to.
The return pick up was never attempted on the specified date and agent came a couple of times after that without any prior notification. I was never aware whenever a pick up was attempted and agent never called me whenever he came. I had not received any message also, which I should, and I had never been aware that any pick up was attempted. Everytime, when I checked my account, I only came to know that the pick had failed. As per the return policy as well, I should be aware that the pick is going to be attempted on which specific date.
The return is initiated several times, but pick up is not done.
This is clear fraud and intention not to pick up the item. I was in constant touch with customer care but was told that if pick is not done. The customer executives are also of no help and only providing useless responses.
