Amazon India — not receive my voltas ac on due date

Voltas 1.5 ton 4 star inverter split ac (Copper, 184v szs (R32), white)" [order no:[protected]] delivery due date was 2nd september 2019 till 7th september product was not deliver. They are giving me excuse regarding the delivery as they uses gati courier. The gati courier also dose not giving me any answer regarding the delivery only say give us 48 hrs to short out the problem
