Amazon India — not received refund for order | |||||
Respected authority, I ordered a mobile from amazon india order #[protected] dated[protected] for rs.5999 as no cod was available and i was promised delivery in two days. When contacted them they said its a promise from amazon that you will receive delivery by tomorrow 07 april by 12:00 noon. At 01:30 pm i mailed them still i haven't received the delivery and kindly refund my payment as i had to give gift to my relative and he had left disappointed. I was told that if i receive delivery i had not to accept it at 04:00 pm, the delivery boy came and i refused the parcel and phoned and asked for my refund, i was told that till the seller delivers the parcel to us we cant issue the refund. Till 2 days the parcel was at the table of courier company and not returned to the seller. On 12 of april phoning amazon, they told me that they had issued the refund for that order and the bank will credit it on 16 april. On 17 april i. E., today i went to bank and contacted them. They said that they haven't received any refund from amazon india till the date. This is cheating and harassment to indian consumers by foreign online companies. Kindly do the needful, as i am an retired indian citizen. Thanking you.. Note : i am having recorded calls of all the executives, and also the email sent to them.
