I ordered an item from amazon app twice for my cousin. I am a prime member. They promised me to deliver the item within 14th april 2019 but without prior information they cancelled my order. By the way, the order was prepaid. I chatted with their executive and told the matter. He requested me to reorder the item and told me that as it was impossible for them to deliver the item within the time frame, they cancelled the order but that wont happen again. I again ordered the same item and paid the amount through card. But after 3 days they again cancelled the order. This time i was very disappointed and talked with them. They told me that was unfortunate. You should try it again with different seller. No fault was from my side happened in this case. As a fault of their company i could not be able to gift my cousin for her birthday. Moreover two times i paid the amount through card. They were unable to deliver the product. But for their fault some of my money got stucked for sometimes na? The interest amount of that much amount should be paid as a gift to me. I requested them to pay for their fault. Even i told them that i will file complaint in consumer forum. But they were arrogant. They did not pay a single penny for their fault. Moreover my reputation got damaged as i were unable to gift my cousin. They should only liableand pay for their fault.
