This is with Reference to my order no. #[protected] dated 20th June, 2022. I have purchased ONLY women's Slim Jeans through AMAZON of Rs. 1999.
As per the email received from you (attached as pdf file), I again spoke to one of your executives, Ayesha J.
I explained the entire issue that I have been facing since June 25, 2022.
To reiterate, I had initiated the return of 2 jeans bought together, and it was scheduled to pick up on 25th June, 2022. On that morning, one courier guy came to pick up the jeans, he told us that he was here to pick up both the jeans. Same afternoon, another courier guy came to pick the jeans. Naturally, we told him that the guy who came in the morning already picked it up.
In all this confusion, I had received the refund for only one pair of jeans. I had called Amazon customer care 5 times now. Let me explain in details:
· Three of your representatives, including the latest one Ayesha J., told me that they are raising the ticket and it will get resolved in 72 HOURS.
· In my 3rd time, AMAZON representative (Mr. Nishant from Escalation Team) told me that it was a fake ticket. He told me that he will put up the complaint with the courier company, and I will just have to wait for another 72 HOURS, if it does not get resolved I will issue the refund and he will give me a call back.
· ONCE AGAIN AFTER MORE THAN 72 HOURS, on 6th July, 2022, I called again and MR. ABRAR told me again that it was a fake ticket by Mr. Nishant, and now he will raise the complaint and again I have to wait for 72 HOURS.
· Today, I spoke to Ayesha J., she was humming the same tune and once again she told me that she is raising the ticket and I will have to wait for another 72 hours for a resolution.
This is not the kind of seamless shopping we expect. For mere Rs. 2000/- I have had to follow up with AMAZON 5 times and still no resolution.
Hoping for a quick and prompt resolution at the earliest.
