Order cancelled as some product got damaged in the transit even without informing I ordered some pantry items on amazon india during the sale The status got confirmed and i even paid for the order The after 2 days the status showed as returning to seller without any call or intimation Then i contacted customer care, first time the customer service representative told me that they are not sure of reason and gave me a number to contact the delivery guy. When i called the deliver agent he did not receive my call. I called the customer care again, after 10 mins of hold time they told me that some product got damaged in the transit and so they want to cancel the order. When i asked for replacement they said they cannot as the items are not available. If a product is damaged in the transit then it is not customer fault then we should be getting a replacement and not refund. If we buy it on sale and then they cancel the order without even informing what is use of sale and what is use of customers wasting time There is no proof that the product is damaged or etc. I feel they are just playing with customers, planning a sale and cancelling the orders.
