[Resolved]  Amazon India — order cannot be returned, also received the cancelled order

Hi,
I had ordered Seagate External Hard disk for Rs 1900 in COD from Amazon India and received a wrong product on 14 June (Today) I paid Rs 1900 turns out I could not return the order as it was cancelled by amazon in the 14 June morning. I did not notice it previously.

Reply by Amazon Customer Service: It takes 8 days to investigate and its not a Amazon Fulfilled Seller.
What is going on in Amazon where is my privacy, and How could any one can deliver the wrong product and take the money which is not worth.
Kindly make time to revert the order and make sure it doesn’t happen to any other.
