Amazon India — Order I placed.... Clueless about delivery..... | |||||
I have placed the order for Lenovo Z2 plus black Z2 plus. Ordered on 13 February 2017 Order#[protected]. The site claimed that packet was shipped on February 14.. The EDOD was February 20.. I have made full payment in advance. Using Credit Card. The product is almost untraceable. Earlier no tracking information was available with courier site. On my repeated requests, After two/three days, the courier site started showing tracking details. For the last two days, they are showing that the product is lying at Gurgaon. Amazon is helpless, courier people are helpless and me too... Completely unprofessional approach from Amazon India... Was this information helpful? | |||||
