A weighing scale was ordered from the Amazon India on 7th July. it was delivered on 9th July in damaged condition. within 15 mins of opening the package, a request was made on line to replace the product. the replaced item was brought to doorstep on 10th July but the delivery boys refused to take the damaged product or give the replacement. later i called Amazon, who said that we do not have the product any more Was this information helpful? | |||

I received broken mobile phone and the box seal was also open and when i requested for replacement then they deny and said replacement or return is not available .
